Pure Loaf offers a range of food products including (but not limited to) whole wheat chapatis, raw honey, powders, herbal teas, dairy products, bakery products and other packaged food items.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.

5. Orders & Acceptance:

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation which may vary in some cases due to the availability and nature of products and operational conditions.
- Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Remote areas may take longer.

7c. Shipping Charges:

7d. Delivery Partners:

7h. Unsuccessful Deliveries:
If delivery fails due to:

- Customer unavailable.
The order may be returned or cancelled. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Due to the perishable nature of food products:
- Returns are generally not accepted
- Refunds/replacements are only provided if:

- Product is defective
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video)
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order is processed.

All products sold by Pure Loaf are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Pure Loaf shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, allergies, or issues arising from the consumption of products.
All products must be used and stored as per the instructions provided on the packaging. The Company is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or consumption beyond the expiry date.

- Attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt our platform.
