At Pure Loaf, we are committed to providing quality food products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and return policy.

1. No General Returns:

As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement;

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

- Product received is damaged.

- Product received is defective.

- Wrong product delivered.

3. Reporting Issues:

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

The complaint must include:

- Order details.

- Clear photos and videos of the product.

- Description of the issue.

Failure to report within this time frame may result in rejection of the request.

4. Refund Process:

- Once the issue is verified, we may offer:

- Replacement of the product, OR

- Refund to the original payment method

- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider

5. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Non-Eligible Cases:

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Change of mind after purchase.

- Incorrect address provided by the customer.

- Delivery delays caused by courier services.

- Improper storage or handling after delivery.

- Products consumed partially or fully.
